我(wo)國20世紀60年(nian)代(dai)利用(yong)(yong)斷裂(lie)力學(xue)(xue)對(dui)巖石(shi)損(sun)傷引起的(de)(de)裂(lie)紋擴(kuo)展進行過試驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),為聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)爆破(po)(po)技術應用(yong)(yong)到工程做了不少理論(lun)分(fen)析(xi),也(ye)取得一些(xie)進展。80年(nian)代(dai)中期(qi)開(kai)始進行應用(yong)(yong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),以北(bei)京礦(kuang)業學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)為代(dai)表,著重(zhong)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)了聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥(yao)包(bao)切割饑(ji)理和應用(yong)(yong)。1987年(nian)淮(huai)南(nan)礦(kuang)業學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)取得“雙(shuang)面(mian)切割器”的(de)(de)zhuanli,1995年(nian)又(you)取得“大理石(shi)花崗巖切割技術應用(yong)(yong)”zhuanli。1991年(nian)中國水電七局曾(ceng)試圖采用(yong)(yong)硬質紙加工聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥(yao)管成(cheng)形聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)藥(yao)卷做過聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)預(yu)裂(lie)爆破(po)(po)試驗(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),但(dan)終因(yin)當時(shi)的(de)(de)技術及工藝(yi)水平(ping)的(de)(de)限制(zhi)無法用(yong)(yong)于正常施工,但(dan)是他們開(kai)了橢(tuo)圓(yuan)雙(shuang)極線性聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)結(jie)構試驗(yan)的(de)(de)先(xian)河。雙(shuang)聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)預(yu)裂(lie)與(yu)光面(mian)爆破(po)(po)綜合技術開(kai)創(chuang)輪廓控制(zhi)爆破(po)(po)新時(shi)代(dai)。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)工程爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破中(zhong)(zhong),常(chang)用(yong)(yong)的(de)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)有(you)(you):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)、導火索起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)、導爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)、導爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)管(guan)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)是利用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)使雷(lei)(lei)(lei)管(guan)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸,進而起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸藥的(de)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)芳法(fa)。它所需(xu)的(de)器材有(you)(you):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)管(guan)、導線(xian)和起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)網(wang)路的(de)連接(jie)形(xing)式(shi),要(yao)根據爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破方(fang)(fang)法(fa)、爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破規模、工程的(de)重要(yao)性、所選起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源及(ji)其起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)能(neng)力(li)(li)等進行選擇,基本(ben)連接(jie)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)有(you)(you):串聯、并(bing)聯、串并(bing)聯和并(bing)串聯等。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法(fa)具有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)安(an)全(quan)、可靠、準(zhun)確、高(gao)效等優點,在(zai)(zai)(zai)國內(nei)外仍占有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)大比重。在(zai)(zai)(zai)大、中(zhong)(zhong)型爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破中(zhong)(zhong),主要(yao)仍是用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)。特別是在(zai)(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)瓦(wa)斯、礦塵(chen)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸的(de)環境中(zhong)(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)是主要(yao)的(de)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)。但電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)容易受各種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號的(de)干擾而發生早爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao),因(yin)此在(zai)(zai)(zai)有(you)(you)雜散(san)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、雷(lei)(lei)(lei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、射頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、高(gao)壓感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)環境中(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)能(neng)使用(yong)(yong)普(pu)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)雷(lei)(lei)(lei)管(guan)。
對(dui)于爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)作(zuo)業安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)研(yan)究,是(shi)從(cong)兩個(ge)(ge)(ge)方面去考慮的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)方面是(shi)炸和起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)器材以(yi)及(ji)對(dui)其爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸所造成的(de)(de)破(po)壞(huai)作(zuo)用進行限制的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),這(zhe)是(shi)主動的(de)(de)。另一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)方面是(shi)對(dui)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)所產生的(de)(de)危害采(cai)(cai)取的(de)(de)防護措施(shi)(shi),這(zhe)是(shi)被動的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)方面。兩者對(dui)阻(zu)止爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)帶來的(de)(de)破(po)壞(huai)性有(you)同(tong)樣的(de)(de)重要(yao)性,但在具(ju)體(ti)的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)工(gong)程中,則常常會有(you)變化(hua)不(bu)(bu)定的(de)(de)現象和后(hou)果,因此,必須(xu)對(dui)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)項工(gong)程破(po)壞(huai)的(de)(de)具(ju)體(ti)情(qing)況作(zuo)細致(zhi)的(de)(de)分析研(yan)究,從(cong)而采(cai)(cai)取適當的(de)(de)對(dui)策。同(tong)時(shi),雖然技(ji)(ji)術(shu)不(bu)(bu)斷取得進步,須(xu)在操作(zuo)過程中注(zhu)意每(mei)個(ge)(ge)(ge)工(gong)序,按照安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)規(gui)(gui)程認真作(zuo)業。只要(yao)嚴格(ge)遵守安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)規(gui)(gui)程、正確地(di)采(cai)(cai)取安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)措施(shi)(shi)和防護措施(shi)(shi),任何規(gui)(gui)模、任何種(zhong)類的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)是(shi)可以(yi)確保安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)些安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)規(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)條文是(shi)有(you)經(jing)驗(yan)教訓(xun)和理論根據的(de)(de),有(you)的(de)(de)甚至是(shi)血的(de)(de)教訓(xun)的(de)(de)總結,所以(yi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定要(yao)克服麻痹思想(xiang),嚴格(ge)執行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)規(gui)(gui)定,決不(bu)(bu)能以(yi)沒出過事故而輕率地(di)"突破(po)"規(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)"框(kuang)框(kuang)"。
火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法,導(dao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法是利(li)用(yong)導(dao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)傳遞火(huo)(huo)(huo)焰(yan)點(dian)燃(ran)火(huo)(huo)(huo)雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)進而起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸(zha)(zha)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)。這種起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法所需(xu)(xu)的(de)(de)材(cai)料有:導(dao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)、火(huo)(huo)(huo)雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)和點(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)材(cai)料。導(dao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法操作簡單(dan)、靈活(huo),使用(yong)方(fang)便,成本(ben)較低(di),廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)小(xiao)型爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)和掘進。由(you)于(yu)導(dao)火(huo)(huo)(huo)索(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)速燃(ran)、緩燃(ran)等弊病,在爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)中(zhong)事(shi)故所占比重最大(da)。不能多處裝藥(yao)(yao)(yao)同時起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)。導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法,用(yong)導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)直接起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)炸(zha)(zha)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)包的(de)(de)方(fang)法叫(jiao)導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)法。先用(yong)雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo),當導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)轟波(bo)傳至(zhi)炸(zha)(zha)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)包時,將(jiang)炸(zha)(zha)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)引爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)。在需(xu)(xu)要延時分段(duan)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)地方(fang),將(jiang)導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)中(zhong)接入繼爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)管(guan)(guan),就能達到導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)毫秒爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。這種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)法所需(xu)(xu)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)材(cai)料有:雷(lei)管(guan)(guan)、導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)和繼爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)管(guan)(guan)等。導(dao)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)索(suo)(suo)(suo)起(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)網路常用(yong)的(de)(de)有:串聯、簇(cu)并聯、單(dan)向分段(duan)并聯和雙向分段(duan)并聯等。
各種爆破、爆破器材銷毀以及爆破器材意外爆炸時,爆破源與人員和其他保護對象之間的安全距離稱為爆破安全距離。爆破安全距離應取各種爆破效應(地震、沖擊波、飛石、有毒氣體等)分別核定的大值。專業爆破多向聚能管爆破時,必然產生爆破地震、空氣沖擊波、碎石飛散及有害氣體,因此,爆破設計時必須確定爆破危害范圍,并確定爆點到附近人員、設備、建筑物及井巷等的安全,這一段距離就稱為爆破安全距離。專業爆破多向聚能管如何控制(zhi)好這段距(ju)離(li)就顯的尤為重要。為保證爆(bao)(bao)破(po)安全(quan),爆(bao)(bao)破(po)地(di)點(dian)與人員或(huo)其他(ta)應(ying)保護對象(xiang)之間必須保持(chi)短(duan)的相隔長度。爆(bao)(bao)破(po)有害效(xiao)應(ying)隨(sui)距(ju)離(li)的增加有規(gui)(gui)律(lv)地(di)衰減,用距(ju)離(li)作為安全(quan)尺度可限(xian)定(ding)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)有害效(xiao)應(ying)在允(yun)許限(xian)度之內。中(zhong)國《爆(bao)(bao)破(po)安全(quan)規(gui)(gui)程》規(gui)(gui)定(ding)了(le)爆(bao)(bao)破(po)地(di)震安全(quan)距(ju)離(li),個(ge)別飛散物安全(quan)距(ju)離(li),以及爆(bao)(bao)炸沖擊波的安全(quan)距(ju)離(li)。
